The last monthly meeting was the AGM.  The Club constitution was accepted. John Bungay decided to stand down for the year and Roger Fildes very kindly agreed to take over the role of Events Coordinator. Christine Harrison volunteered to develop the role of Membership Secretary. Other committee roles were unchanged with David Sear Secretary, Jane Taylor, Treasurer and Paul Harrison, Webmaster.

Ideas for next year's event were tabled, and a draft programme will be circulated before the January meeting.
